California Stars Hockey Club

The California Stars and Center Ice Arena, in cooperation with the California Stars Booster Club, is proud to announce the 6th Annual Hat Trick Classic Tier II Tournament for 2008. Stay home for Christmas and play in one of the finest tournaments in the area.

This past Friday was the 1st Annual Booster Club Golf Tournament and event was a successful one. Many thanks go out to the tournament coordinator Cheryl Stanovich, as well as the Booster Club staff and all the voluteers that made it possible. Congratulations to Team Annunziato for taking first place!

The Squirt B team has openings for a few more players and is looking for those players who want to have fun and learn how to play hockey in a top level hockey development program. Anyone interested is encouraged to contact Head Coach Garth Sangster at (909) 986-4231, or come by the rink at the team practice time and contact the Coach. (Bring your gear)

The Stars 18A and 16AA(Red) teams will share their clinic time for the remaining clinics in July. The clinics are scheduled for each Wednesday at 7:20pm through the last Wednesday of July. 18A players should make note of the change to make sure they are reminded of the new schedule.

The California Stars 18U A Team

The California Stars Midget 18A team has openings at defense and forward.  Please contact head coach Rick Warner at 909 702-4928 for additional information and to attend our next tryout.

Stars Bantam A Team Adds Tryout

There are openings on the Bantam A team and the coaches have added an additional tryout to fill them.

The tryout is on Wednesday June 2, 2008 at 7:20pm. All Bantam skaters are invited to attend.

Stars Mite & Squirt Teams Add Tryout Date

The Stars are pleased to announce the forming of three teams at the Mite/Squirt level as a result of a very successful turnout during tryouts this weekend.

Squirt A - Coach Chris Annunziato
Squirt B - Coach Rob O’Rourke
Mite B - Coach J.D. McDonald

Each of these teams have a couple of open positions to fill and will be skating an additional tryout on Thursday July 3, 2008 at 6:00pm.

PeeWee A Coaching Change

Mark Plonski has been named head coach of the 2008-2009 PeeWee A team assisted by coach Steve Corbet.
